Kallisti will impress with her condition, design, fit out and performance. Having enjoyed just two, very experienced owners, she shows all the hallmarks of a yacht that has been very well maintained since her launch and features a high specification and options list throughout.
The extensive inventory includes a comprehensive SIMRAD electronics and autopilot package, electric winches, bow thruster, diesel heating, solar charging, T-keel upgrade and much more.
Hanse Yachts are renowned as fast cruising yachts, built in Germany to high standards and a level of performance commensurate with typical German Engineering. Integral hull strength/stiffness is a hallmark of the 445, which, when coupled with her powerful sail plan delivers fast, fun, responsive sailing performance.
Below decks Kallisti has a large master cabin that enjoys a private, separate shower and head compartments. The day head/guest bathroom also has a large, separate shower compartmen. Down aft are two generous quarterberths. All cabins have great storage, headroom and ventilation.
The open plan saloon, galley and nav station is a very comfortable space with excellent levels of natural light and ventilation.
