Sealine’s signature flexibility, space and luxury continue to set industry standards with their C390 and C335 models.
Showcasing Sealine’s acknowledged boat-building prowess at this year’s boot Düsseldorf was the C390 which continues to attract a dedicated following among boaters seeking an attractive crossover between day boating and comfortable weekend family cruising.
Well-known designer Bill Dixon has given the 12-metre C390 a signature swooping hardtop, sliding roof panels and a spacious aft cockpit that is easily adaptable for changeable weather, complete with an outdoor galley and barbecue, as well as the option of an extended hydraulic swim platform for watersports or drying-off after a swim. The entire cockpit is protected by the streamlined roof whose supports are integrated into the bulwarks.
The cockpit’s big L-shaped lounge is adjustable, as is the table which is close to the separate galley units just forward including a fridge, wet bar, choice of hob, grill or barbecue. The cockpit area and saloon are connected by a bifold door and tilt-up window, with the saloon offering sophisticated extras, such as an extendable chaise longue. With two fridges and a fully-equipped galley, just about any culinary request can be met.
Downstairs there’s class-leading accommodations of three roomy double cabins and two bathrooms. Alternatively, the third cabin can be configured for extra stowage and hanging space.
The Owners cabin in the bow boasts overhead skylights, and long raked hull windows on either side. The relatively beam-forward design and steep hull sides give a feeling of space and allow plenty of headroom when you are sitting up in the bed.
The C390 is an engaging helm experience, the deep-V hull provides a smooth ride and the vertical bow with its curved foot pierces the waves elegantly and efficiently.
There’s the choice of the standard twin Volvo Penta D4-300 HP stern drives that deliver 27 knots or twin Volvo Penta D6-370 HP stern drives which push the speed up to 34 knots.
For those looking for something a little more compact but still possessing Sealine’s signature flexibility, space and luxury then the C335 or the C335v offer family cruising with quality amenities and two generous cabins in a 10.3 metre boat. There’s a choice between an inboard engine up to 440hp and a top speed of 31 knots in the C335 or twin outboards with 2x 300hp and 40 knot performance in the C335v.

The steering position combines maximum operating comfort with modern aesthetics and optimum all-round visibility. Open the sliding glass door and the hinged window to bring the cockpit and saloon together. Fresh air is assured by the electric sunroof and the driver’s door integrated into the panoramic window on the starboard side, which can combine to make this space virtually open air.
Downstairs the saloon has been equipped with a flexible passenger seat that completes the seating area around the dining table when folded down. High-quality work surfaces in the galley are divided between the cooking area and the sink, and can be folded up as required.
The Owners cabin maximises natural light with a total of four windows and three skylights. A large mirrored wardrobe and mounted shelving offer plenty of storage space, while ambient lighting and first-class materials complement the luxurious feel of the generous island bed. The feeling of spaciousness design continues in the VIP cabin with two hull windows and a king-size double berth, alongside a bathroom with separate shower cubicle – all with high-quality finishes.
Sealine Product manager Andrea Zambonini says the design brief was “to equip the C335 and C335v with all the comfort of a larger 36-foot yacht. The headroom in the saloon and cabins is unique in this class. With the large, extravagant window area in the hull, we have also established a new design feature at Sealine, allowing an incredible amount of natural light below deck.”
Reviewers of the C335 agreed and also praised the boat’s smooth, quiet and assured sea- handling adding-up to a family boating experience that delivers in every department.
